Dear Forward Stride Community,
We hope you are healthy and doing well. With the Governor’s new Stay Home, Save Lives order, Forward Stride must announce that our onsite programming will be discontinued until she lifts that order. We have dedicated staff members working in shifts to care for the horses in the meantime.
We are also happy to announce that we are offering an online “Telehealth” option for our Rehabilitation Services and Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy clients. Please look for an email from us to take advantage of that option during our closure. You may also contact Sheila at firstname.lastname@example.org to make an appointment for Rehabilitation Services or Lisa at email@example.com to make an appointment for Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy.
Additionally, we are working on some online fitness/coaching possibilities for our vaulters. Please look for an email regarding those options, as well. Or you can contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
It is a bit more difficult to give riding lessons without horses. We will work on some fun social posts to keep you all abreast of how your favorite horses are doing.
For vaulting and riding clients, we are not processing checks for Spring Term until further notice. If we have already posted your Spring tuition check, please contact Sara at email@example.com to let her know how you would like to proceed. If we do not hear differently from you, we will keep your payment as a credit and apply it once classes can proceed and into the Summer quarter.
In an effort to maintain the strength and connection of our community, we have created a Community Outreach Project. Please keep an eye out for an email with more information going out tomorrow morning.
Thank you all for your patience in this difficult time. We look forward to seeing all of you healthy and ready to participate as soon as we are all allowed to go back to “normal” life.
