Riding Program
Our Riding Program offers children and adults of all abilities opportunities to develop horsemanship skills, fitness, and self-confidence. Our model connects horsemanship skills with life skills in a safety-first environment. This adaptive program includes classes in basic riding, dressage, western riding, jumping, trail obstacles, and drill team.
Think you may have a horse that would do well in our program? Visit the horse donation page and fill out our donation/lease form!
Inclusive Model
One out of every five adults has a disability in the U.S. Many of these individuals live their lives without ever being diagnosed. By providing our services to everyone, we are able to help more people learn, grow, and heal.
Costs
We offer a variety of riding classes to serve our community. All classes are available on a weekly or every other week schedule, with the exception of jumping which requires a weekly commitment. There are four quarters per year (Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall). Forward Stride bills in advance for each quarter. Quarters average 10-13 weeks of lessons.
