His loving nature makes him a favorite among all, and his calm yet playful personality, combined with his dependability, truly makes him a cornerstone of the herd.
Since joining Forward Stride, Sterling has had a profound impact on my work. When I first started, he and Rebel were newcomers to the herd. They quickly became fast friends, often calling out to each other when separated. I spent a lot of quality time getting to know both of them and helping integrate them into the program. As all three of us were new to our roles, I felt an immediate bond with them. This connection has only deepened over the years, and though I still miss Rebel, I continue to cherish the bond I share with Sterling.
One thing I wish everyone knew about Sterling is that, when the situation calls for it, he can work with incredible purpose. While he’s usually a bit laid-back, he’s an excellent instructor, helping riders find their energy and motivation to move forward.”
