Spring Workshops

Spring is a time of growth and renewal, with its longer days, more sunlight, and life blossoming all around us. It’s the perfect time to try something new, reinvest in yourself, refresh your goals, or get
refocused on the things most important to you.

Our Equine Assisted Coaching Workshops are 90-minute group sessions facilitated by a Certified Equine Assisted Coach and a Certified Equine Specialist in partnership with at least one Equine partner.
Sessions are at your pace, supportive, interactive, and fun!

All workshops will be unmounted (no riding) and no prior horse experience is required.

Workshop #1 Finding Balance: Do you sometimes feel exhausted, overwhelmed, and constantly behind schedule? Is there anything in your life you would do more of if you had more time? One key to a fulfilling life is balance, being clear on your priorities and ensuring time and energy are always
available for them. (Including fun and self-care!) In this workshop, you will discover what your
top priorities are and learn tools to stay focused on the things that matter most to you. Friday, May 10th, 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm

Workshop #2 – The Power of Presence NEW with Equine Massage: This workshop has been one of our most popular, and we are bringing it back again with a special added feature: Equine Massage! We will build on the calming and mindfulness skills we learned in the first class, so if you have already attended, you will learn something new. If you didn’t participate in previous sessions, there is no requirement to do so. All are welcome! The goal of this workshop is to learn tools to be more present, calm, and mindful through interactions with the horses. And YES! You will get to massage a horse! Friday, June 7th, 4:00 pm – 5:30 pm

Workshop #3 – Developing Self-Awareness through Equine Feedback: To be self-aware means we are conscious of our thoughts, experiences, and feelings in any given moment. Most of us view ourselves as more self-aware than we are. The good news is self-awareness can be built through intention and practice. In this workshop, we will use feedback from our horse partners to help identify when we are not showing up the way we may think we are. Horses never lie, and their sometime brutal honesty can be a powerful way to help reveal our blinds spots. This class can help your human and horse relationships. Saturday, June 22nd, 3:00 pm – 4:30 pm

Workshop #4 – Equine Assisted Enneagram: Personality Tests can be a very helpful way to understand who we are and what makes us tick. The Enneagram Test is one of the most popular right now. In this workshop, we will take the test together, share and discuss our results, and play out some personality-based scenarios with the horses. The goal for this session is to have some light-hearted fun (Your facilitators are horse experts not Enneagram experts!) using a personality test as a tool for increased self-knowledge and insights. Friday, June 28th, 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm
